Welcome to the AIU Workshop for New Instructors!

Welcome to American Intercontinental University (AIU), and congratulations on being chosen to join our esteemed community of Instructors and Professors! The purpose of this workshop has multiple layers:

To develop a classroom management plan for your own classrooms
To obtain a brief introduction into the technology that is available to use in your curriculum
To understand the TPACK pedagogical framework that we promote here at AIU
An opportunity to create your own classroom management plan that will be shared with your Program Chair

You will have a unique opportunity to use the same technology that are students utilize in completing their assignments, along with some that could enhance your classrooms! We believe a successful classroom starts with an effective plan to manage your students, so our Professional Development program starts with building this foundation first.
